About the event

We’ll talk about breaking down stigma, building awareness, connecting workers with resources, strengthening peer-to-peer support, and creating jobsites where mental well-being is recognized as an essential part of worker safety. In addition, discussing how owners, contractors, unions, safety leaders, and the trades can work together to build a mentally stronger workforce and change the culture of construction. We hope you’ll join us for this important conversation. Changing the culture takes all of us.
